Welcome to our shop! If you visit our shop it means that you automatically accept all these terms and conditions. Please carefully read all information concerning our guidelines, terms and agreements. Nowadays it is very important to care about the information because we are living in the informational society and you can't underestimate the way information will be used and shared. Trust is the cornerstone of friendship and we appreciate your decision to choose our store. We are giving you a full access to different types of information concerning your account.
Additionally please note that our website contains numerous trademarks which can belong both to our company and third party companies. Using the logos, icons and service names is prohibited in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among our customers, and will be considered a violation of copyright law. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notifications.


Fast and easy delivery


Ordered merchandise we are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped. The handling time is the number of business days the seller will take to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment. A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller’s account If the buyer pays by PayPal, the payment may clear immediately.  However, in categories where permitted, if the buyer pays by TT, or LC, it may take several days. This does not include the number of business days the shipping service will take to deliver the item to you. By knowing the estimated delivery time, you can determine how long it will take to receive the item.  “Business days” are normal weekdays. Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays do not count as business days, so you’ll want to keep them in mind as you determine the earliest delivery date for you. The estimated delivery time is based on the seller's handling time,and the shipping service selected You will get a list of all your items, with the total. There is freight charge is not included. This applies to all orders and it will be sent to you by email. Please make sure to put your email address, in the box provided, along with shipping address / telephone number. As orders without this information will not be processed Your package will be delivered directly to your address which you posted in your contact information; you will also be contacted before the delivery to make sure that the receiving address is correct.   

 

Order Confirmation: The order form will be sent us and you will get confirmation of the same within 48 hours.

 

Delivery:

 

  • Inside Croatia we manage delivery with CityEx, door-to-door  delivery, or abroad with Croatian post (www.posta.hr ),on request UPS, FedEx , DHL. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

 

Cost of delivery:

  • CROATIAN DELIVERY - For every package under 5kg weight, the delivery is ≈US$ 6,0
  • Postage will be calculated for orders up to ≈US$ 80,00.   If the your order is above US$ 80,00  then your package is sent without postage expense.
  • ABROAD -Shipping fees include handling and packing fees . Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.   Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

  • ABROAD Shipping:
  • Shipping is done via EMS (Express Mail Service) and Air Mail which is possible for retail orders. Shipping can done via other transport like FedEx and UPS on a customer choice but all charges like shipping, insurance, C&F etc. are payable by the customer. We charge you as-per-actual for these expenses if you demand shipping via FedEx and UPS.

    For wholesale orders, the shipping charges are calculated on basis of city of delivery, total weight of the goods and type of shipping company. When you place the wholesale order, we shall calculate the exact shipping expense and let you know by email.
    International shipping charges do not include any fees (custom duty) charged by the customer's country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any and all customs fees. All orders will be processed depending on the quantity, once the payment is received.

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT


Croatian/domestic can pay for ordered goods, ”Cash On Delivery” –COD-, by invoice to the bank account, slip (mainly enterprises) or online by credit card: MasterCard, Visa and Maestro.


Cash On Delivery


If you select COD, after received order, your shipment confirmation will be sent to your contact e-mail address. When received shipment from suppliers, you are obliged to pay the ransom, which constitutes the value of the ordered articles including VAT + postage amount.  IMPORTANT  For not taking over a sent package you are obliged in the next delivery to settle the postage cost of the previous ordered package or we reserve the right of not sending your order.


Abroad customers can pay for ordered goods, with different credit cards. (All prices are quoted in US dollars). We accept MasterCard, VISA and Maestro.  Also payment can be done with PayPal ,TT  or LC.


Payment by credit card


On web shop page , select the type of credit card that you want to pay with and enter the required information.When you confirm the purchase, you will see a confirmation of your order which will be sent to your e-mail address.The system will send you a confirmation e-mail about the authorization of your credit card for the specified amount. For your protection  system does not allow payment of a larger amount then which was authorized, nor insight to your credit card number.

 

If you have chosen credit card payment, after received order and confirmation of payment of the same, shipment will be sent to your contact address. 


Security

We are underlining the fact that all of your data entered during the user registration process are protected with a security server and we are receiving them by SSL. The data are coming to us with the software encryption. The encryption modifies the signs (letters and numbers) into bit codes and that way they safely manage to navigate through the internet.


That certificate guarantees that the data you submitted are secured. Once all of the data are entered and the purchase confirmation will be displayed on your monitor and also sent to you by e-mail

  - Upon the received pro-forma invoice (where all ordered products, possible discounts and form of delivery are included) international buyers can pay to our foreign currency account. We would like to emphasize that transfer and bank costs are upon the buyer.   Once the payment is visible on our business account, we will send you your ordered goods.  Payment by invoice is primarily intended for legal entities, due to that when registering to our website you need to enter appropriate data; name, address and your Taxpayer identification.  Payment by invoice must be made ​​within three days from the date of issuance of the proforma invoice.

REPLACEMENT OF ITEMS
In individual cases, when requested items are not able to be delivered, with your approval we will deliver the items to match the price and quality of the items that you originally ordered.


SOLD OUT ITEMS
In some cases it is possible that some of the ordered items, we cannot deliver, that is, that some of the items offered fully or partially sold out. In the case of sold out items, the buyer will be notified by e-mail or telephone. We hope for your understanding in such cases, and we believe that you will find in our extensive supply a replacement item for the item that was originally ordered and the corresponding price and quality.

 

COMPLAINT
All the products before delivery go through detailed review of the quailty and correctness of the product. After receiving the shipment inspect the delivered items and if you notice any damage please notify us. In the event that your shipment has arrived damaged in transit, return the same upon delivery to our address and you will be sent a new shipment of the correct items at our expense. If the content item does not match the order, ship it back at your own expense and we will send you the correct product at our expense. If some of theproducts that you received by mail does not fit you or you just do not like it, you can feel free to complain within 15 days from the presentation of original bills and original packaging.


Must underline that some items can have slice difference in color on photo on our web site PRODUCT  REPLACEMENT OR MONEY REFUND will be given after we receive CONFLICT  ITEMS, BUT ONLY IN THE EVENT THAT ALL TERMS  are respected in  RETURN POLICY AND REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT.


We emphasize that with the items to be returned, alter or advertised ENCLOSE OF THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS IS REQUIRED, which was shipped with the items, must be returned in original packaging and properly protected to minimize the possibility of product damage during transport.

 

RETURN  POLICY AND REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT


To receive full credit, refund or exchange value for returned merchandise, your return must meet the following criteria:

 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of when you received it.
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition (i.e. unopened, unused, undamaged).
  • Clearance and Limited Stock items are not returnable, unless they are defective upon receipt. If a Clearance or Limited Stock item is defective, it must be returned within 10 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
  • Original invoice prices will be recalculated if a return causes the original quantity price breaks or discounts to no longer apply.
  • Merchandise will be credited at the original purchase price in one of the following ways:
    • Credit to your account for future purchases.
    • Credit towards an enclosed order (please include shipping in your calculations).
    • Refund via the original payment method. (transfer and bank cost are upon the buyer)
    • The merchandise returned need to be full in quantity, on per item basis. Which means for example, if you buy 20 lines of amethyst 4mm round beads; you need to make a return for the full 20 lines. Part return is not accepted. Shipping charges on return merchandise is the sole responsibility of the customer.

DISTRIBUTING  expenses in case of return of goods to be "of not liking the product" the same, needs to be payed by the buyer.

Cancellation
Ordered items you have the right to cancel within 12 hours from date of order at no additional cost.


Changes In The prices
We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The exact price on the day you check orders can be done by phone ( 00385 1-3095 990 ) or via internet e-mail. On accounts that we  drawn up with the goods you'll find the right price with VAT excluded.

  

DISCOUNTS
With regular customers we negotiate special conditions based on the cumulative monthly traffic. Business customers are charged the wholesale prices on which we also grant special discounts based on quarterly turnover.  For every customer we take a special record through which we regulate the discounts and other benefits.

We provide quantity (volume) price breaks for most of the products in our online store. Ask about price breaks for 10, 25, or 50 gross of most findings; masses or kilos of beads; and full boxes. With some items, larger quantities may need to be special ordered.

- We are not liable for damages resulting from the use and wearing of jewelry or the raw material for making same.
In some people, the composition of the skin causes darkering of some metal elements.That  does not depend on the composition and quality of the materials already on the skin of the person wearing them, or the type of cosmetics that are applied to the skin.

- Some people's allergies may occur even though all the raw materials from which jewelry is made as other elements in oursales are antiallergic. All components are silver plated, gold or silver and anti-allergic, all the elements passed control of the Office for Public Health and a certificate that they do not contain nickel or any other by law forbiden elements.

INFORMATION about availability of products are updated two times a week. If some products are not available we'll contact you after receiving orders.
